Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping and delivery companies contracted by msthlk Store:

Delivery is made through various companies, depending on the fastest delivery to the customer.


  • The duration of processing and delivering orders to the shipping company:

It takes a day and a maximum of two business days to prepare the order and deliver it to the shipping company.

  • Shipping and delivery time for orders:

You can find out the expected delivery date on the checkout page.

In general, orders are delivered within the city of Riyadh starting from 1-2 working days By ( Yamamah Express ) , and it takes 3-7 working days to ship and deliver orders to the rest of the Kingdom By ( SMSA ).

We confirm that we are working hard to prepare and ship all orders in the shortest possible time.


  • Shipping and delivery fees:

The delivery fee within the city of Riyadh is 17.25 riyals, including tax.

Shipping fees outside Riyadh are 28.75 riyals, including tax.

  • Paiement when recieving:

You can choose the payment upon delivery service for an additional fee of 17.25 riyals, including tax.


  • Geographic coverage of shipping and delivery:

Shipping is to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.


  • It is worth noting that the customer’s receipt of the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment from the customer that the shipment (carton) is intact and in good condition and was not opened before receipt. Note that the shipment must not be received from the shipping company if there is any sign of damage (the carton is weak, broken, or worn out). .


  • We also confirm that if the order is returned by the shipping company due to the customer not responding, repeated postponement, or an error in the address entered, the customer will bear the shipping cost according to the store’s policy.


  • If the shipping company is unable to deliver the order on the specified date due to the customer, the Asrarco Store does not bear any responsibility.


Note: If the size of the shipment exceeds 10 kilograms, 2 riyals will be added to the total cost for each additional kilogram.
